Hello Hui-Feng! Hello PKU! It is good to see you again. Twelve years ago, the beauty of PKU strongly shocked me, when I first arrived as an under graduate. Four years’ study there enlightens me and directs me towards an exciting future. After graduation, I was inspired to continue my PHD studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Lots of fond memories flood in when I stand here today.

I am Shancen Zhao, a nerd and scientist focusing on genomics and bioinformatics. But, the scientist is curious about how the business world runs itself. That's why I turn to PHBS, from where I am seeking to further broaden my horizons and achieve new enlightenments. I believe that, we are not here to prove ourselves – of course, you have proved enough already – we are here to find out what makes a good life.

Once upon a time, we shared the same dream - to be an alumnus of this first-rate university. We talk a lot about her and we long for her so much. But,it’s important to acknowledge that, PKU is more than a place to learn, it is the fountain of our life. PKU is also a metaphysical reality for us all. It’s not just the knowledge that stays, but when we graduate afterwards, we also take with us these ideals.

Be free. Nothing makes sense in life without the light of freedom, and wisdom.

Be true. Know yourself,and be yourself, as Socrates said. Uncover the value of our life.

Be proud. Today, we are proud to be a part of PHBS. Let PHBS be proud of having us tomorrow.

Ladies and gentleman, let's together, make PHBS to be a city upon a hill, a shining light in the business world.

相识憾短，相知幸深。

能够相识相知于汇丰商学院的大家庭，既是我们理性的战略考量，也是三生三世修的缘分使然。

对我尤是如此；倘若没有遇见汇丰，我可能会满足于在科研的道路上所取得的一小步成绩，然后顺着那条忽明忽暗的道儿一路跑到黑。

但如今，身在汇丰，才有了一种感觉，是寻找到了遗失的自己早已遗失了的那部分感觉；红尘中那叶扁舟，自此方知完整，方知多姿。

无以言表，以词抒之；偶做卜算子一首，无论对于个人，还是屹立于南国的汇丰，都颇应景，亦明志。

踱步迎暖风，垂榕乱疏影；

犹忆昔日故园侬，而今独飘零；

未识春已逝，锁梦留余冷；

拂醒南国万花丛，悄然归无形。

故园里埋葬了我们的青春和深情，成就了我们人生的起点和永恒的动力。

她就是北大。

曾几何时，北大是莘莘学子的共同梦想；我们谈论她，也很渴望她。

但北大在每个人的眼里都不相同。

我们谈论的更多的，是世俗意义上的北大；而北大有她形而上的内核，乃其使命之所在，魅力之源泉。

尤其是对北大人来讲，北大就是一颗闪耀的、形而上的客观实体；她就在我们心里存在着，实实在在的，却，谁也无力触摸。

新生晚会很成功， 感动亦难忘。

都只为，遇见更好的自己。

特别荣幸给我机会，分享了我对于北大的粗浅理解。

是的，很粗浅，对于浩瀚如海的她来说。

自由，北大不但教会了我们追求自由，也教会了我们用自己的方式定义并践行着属于自己的自由。

真实，红尘纷扰中，众相丛生，遮蔽了慧眼， 我们看不清楚了自己；认识自己，找到那份真实，顿悟兼修身。

骄傲，今天我们骄傲的迈进北大的汇丰，全力以赴，去维持我们的骄傲；而后看起来满不在乎，而后让汇丰因我们而骄傲。

汇丰之使命，北大之精神，民族之脊梁，我们义不容辞、一力担承；大家共同的努力，把北大之汇丰建成商界军校、山巅之城；道德上、历史上；无处隐藏、万众仰望 。

遇见，更好的自己；遇见，更好的汇丰。
